I looked through the reviews for this tape before I bought it, I nearly didn't buy it because some were quite negative. They said it was not sticky or not of a good quality.I've used the tape on my foot for two weeks. I have found it to be excellent.It sticks really well and stays stuck for at least 3 days, even with showering and exercising with it. Maybe those that didn't get on with it didn't read the instructions for use. I found that rounding the edges really helps will staying stuck.It works really well. I've got a problem with my heel pad and with my plantar fascia, the tape takes away the pain and allows me to keep exercising.Do not be put off by the negative reviews, I absolutely recommend this tape.. but remember to read the instructions and round the edges.

It turned up quickly, it’s super easy to use and feels like it’s actually supporting your injury, it says it stimulates blood flow, not sure how that works but I like the idea.After it’s been on, and I’ve worn it all day, it doesn’t leave any of the sticky backing on your body. It’s also fun to rip it off.

The colour was great and stretched really well, I just felt a bit let down when the edges has pealed away (without any stretch) and required being taped down with zinc tape and then a brace after 5 minutes of being applied.The support did hold for 80 minutes of rugby, just make sure you have other tape for anchor points and to keep in place.

Great product but whoever decided to tape the start of the roll will a black x needs their head looked at. It’s hard to take the tape off and you end up wasting a lot. Most other brands don’t tape the beginning down it’s a sealed pack and that’s all you need but this brand use a big black X to tape it down and it’s very frustrating to remove it and a lot is wasted. It’s a great tape works 100% but sort out the packaging please

Good tape. Would be nice if it had the standard pre cut measurements on the back.

Although thinner than other tapes I have used, still does the same job.
