Not moisturizing
The Crème shop usually has quality items but this particular lip balm was not moisturizing whatsoever. I am particular in lip balms as I try many brand since my lips are chronically dry.

It may have been a return?
There was no free zipper bag and the tab at the top of the packaging, where the character is, was pulled/cut off. Returned…I will wait for them to come back in stock at my local Ulta.
