I wanted to wait a little while until I reviewed to get more experience with the product. The good thing I've noticed is my weight is trimming down, but I am also doing cardio 5x per week 60 minutes at a time (per recommendation of my nutritionist), and I am eating very clean. I do notice that I am able to work out longer and not get as burnt out. The only bad thing I noticed is that if you take the CLA before you eat, you will have horrible tasting burps. I recommend eating and taking halfway through your meal. I will update my review if I notice any other changes.
