Whether Arun rescued Lalita? What happened to Lalita after that? To know that you want to read this book.💄The author has beautifully described each character from their point of view.💄 First of all, I like to appreciate the author for writing the story on this topic based on true events.💄The author has pen down the harsh reality of sex worker and the societal norms and pressure towards them.💄The author has also described about the social and real life of an author detailedly.💄And the end of the story is totally unexpected but it has its own beauty and blend of emotions.💄Through the plot, the author has strongly conveyed "Always call a prostitute a lady; you have no idea what she has been through.💄 Overall, it is story of acceptance, friendship, empathy, emotions, struggles, a ray of hope and finding love where we least expect to.

unexpected climax
throughout the entire book, I kept thinking that.... in the end Lalita will commit suicide from the societal torture.but to my surprise the climax is entirely different.overall, the story is good, but in some parts the author took some liberty as in some scenes .... and it can be ignored easily so not much of an issue for majority people.the major issue I felt that the English used is not-fitting.... and is really poor. (not talking about the grammar).the author should change the modulation according to the person talking in the story.... but the language is same for every character.it's like every character talk in the same way.maybe author wanted to keep the language simple and all .... but if he had used the language variations then there will be better immersion into the story.

A Beautiful Story about an author and a lady !
Book#11 of #2022Name: A girl in the red lipstickAuthor: Ajay K PandeyGenre: FictionNumber of Pages: 199My Rating: 5/5Recommended for: People who love to read emotional storiesMy Review:The story starts with the famous author Arun attending an event in Kolkata for his latest book. After the event, he slips on the stairs, injuring himself badly. One of the staff members at the hotel sends him a girl for a massage to relieve him of the stress. As it turns out, the girl is an escort, and instead of availing the so-called services, Arun starts talking to the girl with the bright red lipstick. The girl reveals her past and how she turned up in a brothel. Arun starts sympathizing with her and plans to rescue her.The girl in the red lipstick who calls herself Lalita is excited and nervous about leaving this notorious world behind and starting a new life with Arun. However, it turns out that Arun never wanted to marry her because he is already married. He only wanted to rescue her and provide her with a better life. The world turns upside down for Lalita when she knows about Arun and his past.In comes Kajal, Arun's ex-wife, and helps Arun admit Lalita to a rehabilitation center. The story until now might seem very common and usual, but it is not. The way the author had described the time Lalita and Arun spent with each other before she went into the rehabilitation center is nothing but deep. Lalita's emotions from every day looking at Arun and hoping he would accept her as a lover are very beautifully described. Arun's care for Lalita will let you think that he also has romantic feelings for her but could not express them because he was married. But then comes the suspense and the real intentions of Arun, which are mind-blowing and a slap to society. I could have never guessed about Arun's real purpose. But, believe me, once you read the last chapter of this story, you will feel a warm sensation in your belly, making you emotional and believing that humanity still exists. The lovely ending to the story is the main reason you should pick up this book. It is worth reading!
