GOOTRADES EDC Folding Scissors Pocket Travel Small Cutter Crafts

Packed these in my toiletry bag for a trip overseas and they worked great. They fold down so they won't accidentally puncture anything. Best of all they are sharp enough to cut through plastic tags etc. I have been in situations where I needed something to cut open a package while on vacation and the cheap ones that are portable usually aren't strong enough to do much.

I use these at work. They fold up to a very small size, are lightweight, and the tips don't hurt my leg while on the go. I'm never stuck without scissors when I can't open a package, or another need arises. Stay very sharp! I put it on one of those key belt clips with a retractable cord that allows you to pull keys away from your body. Great set up. Always prepared. Good for general RN uses. Very happy!

When I got these scissors, I was impressed with the quality. I didn't expect them to be as nice as they were.I really like these! I actually use them quite often for cutting something. I have even used them for trimming my nails when I didn't have clippers, but obviously they are intended for that use.I have an upcoming trip, and I am not checking any bags, so I am fearful about losing them to the infamous TSA. I might just leave them at home.

It take a couple of times to learn how to close properly (all the pointy bits tucked in). Easily cuts thick paper, snack bags, heavy string, etc. Great for on the road.

When I first opened this I thought the packaging looked very similar to Daiso, a Japanese Dollar store in the malls. I searched the company and sure enough, this product is a cheap product from China. You can buy it on asianproducts.com for 59cents. Other people have only paid 20cents for these. So $5.50 is a huge ripoff.These are not strong or sturdy. Waste of money. I dont know about other peoples’ reviews giving 5 stars. They are probably paid.

These are fabulous to have!!! I bought 3 pairs - one to carry with me, one for home and one to give to a friend. We carry ours in pill bottles along with darning needles to use while knitting and/or crocheting. Easy to find in an orange bottle! The scissors are easy to use; I love them!!!

I lost a pair of similar but slightly smaller folding scissors that I had carried for years and soon realized how dependent I had become on them. These Goodtrades scissors turned out to be more than a satisfactory replacement. The slightly larger size is easier to get my senior citizen fingers into, the blades stay sharp and securely folded. Good price, quality and indispensable in these days of "tamper-proof" packaging.
