Q: I installed these lights and the low beam functions fine but when i switch on high beams i lose lights all together, any suggestions?

The same thing happened to me. Just switch the red wire with the black wire. These are the wires that are connected to the LED lights. They worked perfect after that. If you're not sure still you can plug a tester into car harness and turn on low beam and see what pin that is and do the same with the high beam. Then you know what wires are what. Compare it to the LED lights and make your adjustments.
