Frankenstein: A BabyLit® Anatomy Primer

I love the babylit books!

My toddler loves this book so much that I bought one for daycare, too. She LOVES going through the book and pointing to her body parts that match up with Frankenstein's Monsters body parts and it's really helped her learn them quickly. The illustrations are so cute, too!As with other BabyLit books, it's not a child-friendly retelling of the original (as some people expect), but it uses elements of the original story to teach about body parts. It's a nice twist on the story since Frankenstein and the monster are friends in this version.

My wife and I are OBSESSED with this publisher. She takes classics and turns them into learning books. Think colors, shapes, numbers, animals, emotions, etc. This book is all about the body. As a biology student, I am thrilled that I get to teach my baby about his body at such a young age. This book takes you down from the head all the way to the toes. The illustrations are wonderful, and at the end of the day, your kid gets to say he read Frankenstein!

Got for a Halloween gift box for my daughter and her cousin. They both loved them. Great quick story to get in the holiday spirit. Perfect to have a Halloween themed book shelf

Our 1.5-year-old daughter LOVES all of the BabyLit books. They are high quality and feature beautiful art. There isn't much of a story, but that works for us because it makes it fun to read to our daughter! We make up a story and make it longer or shorter depending on how much time we have. These books are a great size to hold and read to a young child, or for her to hold herself. I want to collect them all!

I got these expecting it to be something a little different but it’s still a super cute way for your kids to learn basic body parts.

My little one (13 months) loves the Sherlock edition from the same series far more but this is a lovely way to highlight body parts. He grew into this one over time & was a great teaching aid. The Sherlock one still remains his firm favorite.

I think this is seriously one of my FAVORITE primers in this collection. If not THE favorite. I like using this book for teaching anatomy (eyes, ears, mouth, nose, body, head, hands, feet, etc). The structure of this primer is fantastic and the illustrations are ADORABLE (as they are for all the baby lit primers). This was just really well thought out and effective. Highly recommended! If you haven't tried any of the baby lit primers yet, start here. If you have tried them, Don't miss out on THIS ONE!

If you're a lit junkie and have a baby, these are amazing! I now have 7 different ones and love them all!(Just a note ... I haven't purchased any of the colour primer books as they use the American spelling of 'colour' and I'm from England - nothing wrong with it, just thought it was worth a mention).

Este de Frankenstein, en concreto, enseña los nombres de las distintas partes del cuerpo.Todos los libros cuenta con dibujos muy divertidos en color, y están hechos en cartón, con lo que son muy resistentes.Mi hija de 2 años es una fan absoluta. En mi opinión, éste es de los mejores.

Great book. After 3 nights our son was already pointing to his head, eyes, feet etc. Fantastic!
