South ShoreFusion 2-Drawer Platform Bed, Queen, Pure White

The product arrived in good quality. Heavy and I live upstairs so I had to take pieces up individually, just to keep in mind. It's not worth blowing your back out. Some pieces arrived slightly chipped on the corners, but I don't really care. The drawer fronts arrived with no holes and I accidentally broke one of the top pieces so I put in a request for new ones and they were promptly sent to me.I did set up with just me. I'm sure it would be easier with two people but I figured out how to do all the steps without doing anything that would need multiple people. It took a few days, mostly because of the broken/unfinished items and also a very busy work and school schedule, plus two kids, but it was relatively quick and easy.Worth it for the price, and quick and easy to replace any parts that don't arrive in perfect quality or get broken during set up. It's sturdy and I don't worry about the structure breaking while I'm on it. I like that I can use the parts that my mattress don't reach the edge at (I have a full bed) as surfaces to put things on as well. I probably will put some sort of rubber lining babyproofing stuff on the outer edges though for the kids and also for my shins in the future.

The shipping box looked like it had been in a World War but the contents were not badly damaged. I would have returned it but the box was too heavily damaged. I bought the headboard and drawer base together. The headboard was much better quality than the base. Both were from the same manufacturer. The base has bare wood that protrudes outside the queen mattress that is a sure trap for banging up your legs. I bought rubber strips and placed on the exposed wood edge around the bed. The drawers are difficult to reach as they are under neath the protruding base. The are do not open smoothly. I definitely would not recommend the bed base.

Product was not well made. Cheap parts. It is not durable and has already broken. I would not purchase again.

Don't waste your money, piece of crap!

This bed was a total waste of money. After 60 days of routine use by a single adult, well under the weight limit for the bed, and the bed fell apart. Particle board pieces just broke. It couldn't be repaired. I had to throw the whole bed away. Don't buy it.

This product is absolute junk! Nothing lines up correctly so there are visible seams all around the outer edge, the boards on the top are chipped and peeling already, but of course that was the last out of the box, so everything was already put together when we noticed. Not happy with this purchase at all!

I'm so incredibly disappointed with this purchase. My first disappointment was how it arrived, it came in one box and it's 150 lb, I couldn't even get it into the house. I had to do tear open the box and pull each piece out separately and bring it into the house. Because I had to tear up in the box it means it was no good to ship back which I wasn't worried about in the beginning until I started to assemble it. The previously drilled screw holes do not match up to quite a few of the sections that are supposed to match up to where the screws and the parts attach to. I also noticed when I put the parts together that the particle board was coming apart in certain areas and bubbling. There was missing parts in the bags. And when it was all put together if you push it it goes Askew and is extremely flimsy. Now I feel like I'm stuck with this bed frame, such an incredible waste of time and money. I'm so not one to complain about things but I can't help it with this bed and all I can say is if they read this review keep your money and buy something different not this and don't buy anything from South Shore, it's pure garbage.Update : it's been less than a year since I've owned it and the drawers have already fallen apart. I barely even open them (it was used for small clothing storage) they just couldn't handle the weight of the clothing which really wasn't that much. So incredibly disappointed. It's pretty much not even resellable.
