These pens are amazing for the price. I will say, the quality of the metal is probably not the best— the clip on the cap bends out of shape easily and leaves scratch marks on the lid when it wiggles back and forth. That’s not a very noticeable issue though. The engravings are nice and everything was done correctly. The pens themselves are amazing if you enjoy writing by hand. They come with refillable ink chambers should you prefer to use an ink pot, or you can pop in the cartridges that come with the pen.Once the ink cartridge is installed you may have to wiggle the tip of the pen a bit to get the ink flowing, but after that, the pen writes incredibly smooth and precise, with no blotting or leaking like some fountain pens.It makes an elegant gift or a great tool for your personal business documents.Lastly, I contacted the company about an issue with the order (that ended up being an error on my end) and they responded quickly and politely to assist me. Highly recommend!

I ordered this as a Christmas present for a friend, I am absolutely astonished with how good the quality of this pen is, the pen itself is metal, it looks amazing, the custom writing on it came out good, i almost wanna order one for myself. This pen should cost more than what it’s being sold for

Pretty pen, a gift for my grandson, very nice.

I got it for my Math teacher and it was really pretty and looked expensive and good quality pen! And It came day before my teachers birthday. It can come at same date!

Appearance of pink fountain pen: Lacks consistency in texture with evidence of scratch marks (albeit very fine) and couple of chipped color areas (grayish-like coloring). I will make note: The shiny appearance does distract from the scratch marks and discoloration. However, in good conscious, it will not be included in the gift package -- as intended.Consistency of smooth Ink flow varies from ok to good. For example - writing signature: Initial writing (at times) required tracing over first ink stroke. ALSO: (1) Lettering of engravement (against shiny pen) is not clear. (2) Video (provided on Amazon website) was helpful with inserting ink cartridge. Thank you.

Its beautful but it does a have scratch on it from me taking the top off the pen. So be extra careful when pulling the lid off.

Purchased this pen as a gift. Came in about 2 weeks. When received the pen itself looks great. Love the rose color. Engraving was perfect. Weight perfect. Ink cartridge has to be placed in pen which makes sense so it does not make a mess while shipping. Push firmly to pierce. Let pen stand for a few hours to get the ink flowing.Now the unsatisfied part of this review. As you can see from picture and video the pen does not write smoothly. Ink stops flowing but when you shake it the ink splatters out so you know it’s not clogged?!? Not giving as gift, will find something else.Working with seller to try to get refund.

This pen was well-received as a classy looking pen. Price is reasonable, engraving is neat and precise. A wonderful gift!
