So when I was growing up I used to use sewing needles to help me pop pimples (safely, please research this before you try!), I am 35 now and have been pimple free for so long… until 2020…I have been fighting issues with my chin. I blamed covid masks, but tbh it could also be getting off birth control as well. I finally decided to go to the dermatologist, and spent too much money for them just to tell me they weren’t pimples but “milia” which are little tiny white cyst like things under the skin that can’t escape. They stick around forever!!! There is no prescription to help with this, I just go (somewhere else) and have someone extract them for me…well who has the time or money to go have someone do this when I can do my own research and do it myself. On the way out the door the dr gave me a lancet, I was intrigued and tried it, greatest invention ever, where have you been throughout my teen years! This little thing is way better than a sewing needle, less damaging to the skin bc it’s so tiny and less painful trying to break a very thin skin barrier. I just took out 4 little white milia on my face really quickly with a little alcohol to help stay sterile. This is a lifesaver! I cancelled my next dermatologist appointment!Also if you want extra skin care for milia, I read they can come along from dry skin, so I used some of my Bio Oil on it, and OMG this has been helping control outbreaks, gets rid of old scars from them and brings current ones to the surface. I put it on several places on my face now actually. Someone at my work even told me my skin looks so nice and had no clue I was using this. Look into Bio Oil, it’s amazing!!

I wanted replacement lancets specifically for this type of lancing device. These are the only ones in the Ever Ready brand that I could find. So, I am glad to have found them.

Its relatively painless, just a quick 'stick' to the finger and you're ready to check your blood and get back to your day or night. 👍😃 Keep being healthy and take care of yourself!!!!

Needed something that didn't take up a lot of room but still worked. The only drawback is trying to get the cap back on the pin in a matter where it stays on until I can dispose of it.
