The item arrives in packaging that looked like a 2 year old had previously opened it. Ripped, dented, torn, just beat to hell,obviously previously sold and returned if I have it in this condition.Thats not all. I can live with an item not being brand new, that is unless it doesn't work. The item won't charge and we. I turn it in the lights do not light up despite being powered up. I cannot review a product like this but this incident sure say's a lot about the seller or whoever is responsible for the sale of this item to me specifically.I understand how something like this can happen but my position is still oNE of extreme disappointment.
