Yeah, I did a 10amp fuse tap (had to purchase since only the wiring was included).

Q: Wire harness included or needed to connect to the fusebox?

It is needed for the halo lights

Q: Will these work with stocked non halogen headlight?

It’s a plug and play swap for the oem headlights. You’ll need to splice into the side marker lights if you don’t have Daytime Running Lights to get the halos on by themselves.
