JANSPORTBig Student Large Backpack, 15 inch laptop compartment

I bought this for my 11 year old for school. She loves the comfort of the straps and the padding on the back. Loads of space in different compartments. Very sturdy, waterproof and fit for purpose.

This backpack is huge! It is almost as big as the 12 year old who I bought it for. It fits the pre-teen boy aesthetic of ‘just black, mum, I’m not 4!’ very well, and is remarkably adept at being clean. It has a multitude of pockets, compartments, clips, and other places to hide things. The laptop section is more than adequate for the Chromebook it has to carry. The main compartment has enough space for PE kit, trainers, water bottle, emergency snack, and emotional support hoodie. It’s solidly built, Northern-rainproof, and has yet to falter or fail in its duty as the holder of All The Things. It is, as I said, a little large for the child it was bought for, but the padded straps mean there have been no problems for him carrying it, and as it appears to be utterly school-proof I suspect it will see him through school, college, and probably beyond.

This Jansport backpack is very compact and looks simple, however it still gives a sleek and ergonomic design. It contains a lot of small compartments in the front with 3 main ones including a laptop/folder compartment to put your stuff and it does not feel bulky or look big or heavy despite with many items.The quality is very high, even though the overall bag is not that thick of a fabric the front compartments and zippers feel nice and smooth. The straps are also super thick and cushiony which feels very comfortable in long uses. In addition, the flaps on each zipper hides the zipper making it look more clean and which also minimises people being able to open your bag.

There is a compartment for a laptop, very roomy, high-quality material.

The handle broke on the first one, it was full of school books, so it might have been overloaded. Returned it easily, and the new one has been perfect for the last 6 months Much easier to return through Amazon that going direct with Jansport.

Good material and quite compact

I spent a fair amount of money to buy a backpack at a local department store. From the beginning, I realized that backpack was a little too small for my needs, didn't have enough pockets, and I really missed having a pocket on the outside to hold a drink bottle.This backpack is big enough for my needs, with plenty of pockets, and it does have a bottle pocket on the outside. I had Jansport backpacks for years when I was a student, and I'm glad to have a new one again. I'd definitely recommend both the Jansport brand, and this particular style, of backpack.

This back bag was exactly as advertised. Lovely colour. Great quality!

perfect quality backpack. has a good amount of pockets, all of which are deep. the laptop pocket is completely separate from the rest of the backpack which i like.the color is very nice and the design of strawberries came out perfectly.

Great backpack, it holds a lot, the brand is great, no ripping or damage on the last one my son just wanted a new color. I like that the inside is white, its easier to find stuff. There are a lot of pockets, the zippers work well. It's pricey though but you get what you pay for and I know it will last

After only two uses, the lining ripped inside the bag carrying a text book and small chrome book to and from class.
