We are sorry to mention that the heating pad has stopped working and this in exactly one month,I am not sure of Amazons policy of replacement.Whatever your policy maybe , I felt that it must be brought to your notice for action.

Have ordered the product and found it dead on arrival at both the instances also the product did not have the original packaging both the times and looks like a used product.
