Very happy with this purchase!
I am very happy with this purchase, and with the excellent customer service I received.A couple of things:* After refilling the cartridges, I needed to run a cleaning cycle and clear the "No ink" error on my printer. (To clear the error on a Canon Pixma printer, hold down the STOP PRINTING button till the error light quits flashing.) After doing those two things, my printer now prints brilliant, vibrant colors, and text print is good quality. (Be sure to choose "CMYK", not "RGB", as the color model in your print properties.)* It was very easy to do the refill. But there were no instructions in the package; so be sure to watch a YouTube video or two on this procedure before attempting it yourself.* Be sure to wear rubber gloves when doing a refill, so you don't get ink on your hands. (Rubber gloves were included in the package.)* It will be easier to use a regular drill than the hand-held drill bit that comes with the package.

Fantastic outcome marred with a few misleading descriptions
OK let me set this straight.. the Printing quality is above and beyond .. the black is super inky, better than what came with my printer.. I was amazed by the quality..I filled the syringe to level 2 for the Canon PG-243 , yes filling it up to level 2 won't be too much, in fact I was tempted to top it up but I just decided I didn't have to ..And hell yeah! The delivery showed up almost a week ahead of the estimated delivery date..this product is getting a 4 star due to:1. The misinformation on the listing description, there isn't any guide included in the box. I have seen a few comment on that ..2. The drilling tool that came with the package is big enough to work on a gigantic titanic Ship , I have learnt its hard to put a business together but I don't know how hard it is to apply common sense , the injecting needle that came with the package is a fraction of the drilling tool , when placed side by side you can't help but laugh about it.And lest I forget the plastic glove that came with it is big enough to cut a suit for me .. haha !! Thats not a joke though.. but it still fit ..

Saved lots of Buc$
Thank you. Few more things to make this better -1) Detailed instruction. Eg details about cartridges. Its little difficult to search to refill guide for CL 245 color cartridge.2) The drill bit is thick. Should be a thinner one and sharp. The one that I got, is useless. It makes big hole.I did a pretty neat & clean job with making holes using hard pins and sharp screw + screw driver, filled ink & sealed the holes with tapes and put the factory sticker back on the cartridge. Double protection. Also I did not break the seal on the color containers. I just made two small holes on that aluminum seal - one to draw color & another to pass air, then sealed it with tapes, tightened the cap back on it - clean job. I used black electrical tape to seal.I think I can use the black color atleast for 2 times more, and the color one 3-5 times more. It would cost me over $100.

Ink refills scan
I didn't receive what was pictured in the ad, and there were no instructions included, just vials of ink, one of which was not completely full. When asked for rest of the order, seller referred me to youtube to look up how to do it. As if that's not sloppy enough, when you look it up it's just an ad to purchase replacement ink cartridges. Some scam. Fortunately, I found other sources of instructions online, so I will be able to use the ink, but I'll never buy from this seller again.

Don’t waste your time and money
Isn’t worth the deal. The tool to make the hole in the cartridge is archaic and you will drill the hole in your palm faster than the cartridge. It’s a mess! Ink is always coming out everywhere. The amount of time and pain I suffered trying to be more environmentally healthy and cost effective, ended up costing me way more in time and frustration. Don’t make the same mistake I did- just buy the print cartridges.

Ink is good can't get printer to reset.
I refilled my PG-245 cartridge in my Canon 2520 with the black ink. The good news is that it works great for the copy function. The bad news is that I cannot print from my laptop because the printer is telling windows that the cartridge is empty. I tried all the work a rounds -- holding the STOP button, pulling the power cord and holding the ON button, and some of the more elaborate ones like standing on one foot on a Tuesday when the outdoor temperature is between 65 and 72. None of it works. I read that the printer reads the last 4 digits of the cartridge serial number and remembers it forever.

No instructions on use.
I had to YouTube how to use this product. Very disappointed in it. I refilled all of my empty ink cartridges with the refill kit and not one of them was accepted on my printer. Even though I filled the cartridge's as recommended on YouTube my printer still considered them empty and only give error messages. Waste of time and money. Had to reorder manufacturer's ink to use my printer again. My next printer will definitely be a Eco printer with refillable tanks.

Cheap Way to Keep Ink in the Printer
Getting the holes placed into the cartridges takes patience. Once that's done, wear gloves to make sure you don't get ink on you or your hands. The cartridges don't hold much ink, so try 2-3 ml at a time, injecting the ink slowly as it will bubble over if you are too fast.
