Great seed …
This is a great seed. I live in NYC area with a small lawn 600 sq ft. I start to do a new lawn redo in late Sept. The toughest part for me is the clean up the soil once that part is done I add horse manure top soil then add the seed then another a thin layer of top soil on top. It starts to germinate in about a week. Now it is already week 5 I did my first mow it is a dark green lawn. Of course there are many bare spots I need to redo but overall I am very happy with the outcome. Also their customer service is top notch their email response is quick. I will buy from them again in spring time when I do the reseed.

Perfect germination
Product arrived well packaged and in a timelyManner. The seed is very clean and I could see no foreign seeds. Germination was better than expected.
