Ok for cheap ear buds. My biggest issue is when I first started to use them I had English language telling me I’m connected- but now only have annoying Chinese voice!

Ok let's get the first bit out of the way, the only appealing thing about this.....was the price, don't get me wrong £15 for what seemed to be a good set of wireless headphones is a bargain.Right...now the negative stuff about it.1. NOT COMFORTABLE, dear god my ears were hurting after 5 mins.2. Crap instructions, I mean I've read some badly translated instructions in my time but this takes the mick, not to mention it's not detailed to explain the flashing lights on them and what they mean, no charging time, no pairing to phone guide......but before that you would have to borrow your grans varifocal lens glasses to even read the damn instructions! Bloody tiny.3. Sound and connectivity, if I have these things on and Spotify on my phone.....in my pocket.... walking.....you would expect to play normally and with no issues......guess again. These headphones have the tendancy to stop working in one ear, switch over to the other, looses it sync so that if I'm listening to a podcast/music I can hear the voice/sound twice over like a delayed echo, and then stop working and finally back to working again ...but repeat this process every 5 to 10 seconds, you MUST stand still, DO NOT move your head, maybe even breathe slowly and you will get a good listen to your favourite band out of them.Overall......you can either avoid or take your chances with them, but dear god you only cry once when you buy quality.

Left pod started loosing battery life after a month and now both won’t charge at all after only having 4 months. Sounds decent but that’s it.

These worked ok, until one earbud’s battery ran out (and quickly) and then couldn’t get them to charge. Red light just flashing and nothing happening with either ear piece now. what’s the procedure for returning these for a refund??

The touch is too sensitive and when wanting to just place in position it pauses the music, or switches it off. Have to learn carefully where able to touch.

Handy to use, sound very clear

These are a really good value set of earbuds. They don't cancel external noise but otherwise perform really well.An excellent buy.

These worked great ro start with a d I was very impressed. One of then stopped working completely and won't charge after 5 weeks of being used roughly twice per week when out running.
