It goes into a point and extremely too small for me and I'm a grower and not a shower. If you got a hot dog and cut a third off of it it may be a good fit for that other than the point that it goes into. The ball sack hoe is way too large. There is about 3/4 of an inch on each side.

I wear a large and these are slightly tight on me. Would recommend buying one size larger. Other then that it's does what is intended. If I order again I will definitely go one size larger

Good item

They are not the easiest to get into. It helps to be a little stiff when going in, if not you will be once you have played with everything trying to fit yourself into the sleeve. Once in, though, the look is pretty nice, I really enjoyed having my balls hanging out - it feels even more naughty doing that than wearing a thong does. They are comfortable, nothing seems bad about them. Getting in is the only issue.
