This wardrobe cabinet was easy to put together and looks amazing. Real wood and a quality piece.

We created a 1st flr laundry/mud rm out of a room that’s been what we used to call the den. We put in shiplap walls and ceiling and luxury vinyl flooring. There was a lot of white even tho we painted the shiplap a very light pale gray…so we needed a dark piece to warm up the room. We love this armoire. It will hold my husbands coats and clothes as we live in a 90yr old house that has no closet space. We had a closet in this room that wasn’t functional so we created an alcove and put a laundry cabinet in there for detergents etc. when everything is stored away in a beautiful armoire like this it just makes all the work we did worthwhile, clean and organized. It went together nicely and doors lined up. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I had to rub off some wood-stain areas that was probably laid down heavier over the knots in the pine. It blended in fine and I’m pleased with the results. Two 👍🏻 👍🏻

First let me describe the two individuals that assembled this. My fiancé and I are 66 & 67, I’ve got two stiff & achy artificial knees along with an achy back with eight screws and rods. I was an IT guy for 50 years and am not especially mechanically inclined with very little patience. To say that I was impressed enough to give this a five star rating says quite a bit. All of the pieces are well labeled and the instructions (even without text) were very good. I’ve included pictures of the entire instruction book, the hardware and one piece of the armoire to show the labeling. The instructions include a life size legend of the hardware so if you lose the little paper tags in the sealed hardware pouches you can still identify the screws etc by holding them up to the legend. Everything aligned and fit very well. (The thin base of the drawers had warped a bit but we were able to finagle them into the installation grooves easily). The only problems encountered were of our own doing. The best thing I can say about this item is “If I had room, I would buy another one!” Very, very happy with this armoire!!

The doors inside have bubbled out. Drawers are not smooth when pulling out. Not a great finish. I compared with IKEA products ,for lesser price with similar features has better quality. As for Locks feature its CHEATING as the locks DONT work at all. The product is over valued. I will not recommend. I bought them opened it and half way through realised that I made a HUGE mistake. So I had to put it together. Totally unsatisfied. I am thinking of never buying furniture from Amazon.

This is a nice armoire, the color (Java) was well displayed online and it is a great match to our existing furniture. Assembly is not hard but you need to approach it slowly and not rush it. It took me at least five hours to assemble it and everything went together well excepth the drawer bottoms, they were very warped. With help from my wife we were able to hold it all together and slide them in. Door adjustment also took a little while but in the end came out great.Funny sidenote, This was not our first choice for an armoire. We purchased a used one piece solid wood Pottery Barn armoire that was absoulutely beautiful. However when we got it home it wouldn't make it around the corner to go into the bedroom, it was just a little to big. After selling that one, we decided asembly in the room was the only way to go.

Spending 8 hours putting this thing together and the hinges and drawers don't quite line up right. 10 different kinds of screws not well labeled on tiny folded over scraps of paper- "a4" vs a folded "a41". Once put together, heavy enough wood and frame solid enough to pass for real furniture. But it's an ikea construction experience with real wood, you must have a phillips bit w/ a drill or you'll go crazy.

Nice enough. There are compromises for shipping and cost. But got it in quickly and the finish is well done (got white). Made changes. Replaced backing and drawer bottoms with beadboard plywood from Lowe’s. Glued and screwed backing, glued dowels in construction. Left off lock and associated hardware and used a round metal plug to cover hole. Just moved door stops to center and it worked fine. It’s a nice enough unit, assembled well, solid, fit and finish good. Had to buy small felt door bumpers to reduce door sounds. Made shelves myself as reviewers noted a long delivery time. So, a little work but satisfied with the results. Armoires are actually a little tough to find and get in a short timeframe. This one is all real pine wood, not particleboard or MDF. So, it works for our needs!

The quality at this price level exceeded expectations. It was not easy to assemble by myself, but with a little creativity it can be done by one person although two people would make it easier. There are no written instructions, just diagrams; but I found that far better than having poorly written or translated instructions. Only in a couple minor places were the diagrams a little vague. Everything fits together very well and most holes for the screws are pre-drilled so you won't have any problem getting them started. It would have been nice if the holes to attach the hinges on the doors were pre-drilled so that the hinges could be perfectly aligned, although there is enough play in the hinges that it wasn't an issue.
