I recently ordered this necklace as a gift for myself. We are going to be doing a great deal of traveling, which is a joy but also bittersweet, since I have a new grandbaby here! As we set out to see about 11 states in a month, I felt that this compass necklace, beautiful in Sterling silver and along with a Sapphire, which is my birthstone, and with a locket that holds photographs would be perfect! I have barely taken it off! I recently purchased a heavier weight sterling silver chain in a shorter length and I’m wearing them together for perfect layering. I love this.
