I expected a fluffy and supportive pillow, due to the "pillow in a pillow" design. It goes flat. I wish it had more down fill. It isn't completely terrible but for this amount of money, it's not at the top of the list.

These pillows are the best, we have been buying them for the last 20 years!

This product is to soft.

I just received the pillow a few minutes ago and feathers were flying everywhere! The stitching was loose, the pillow was dirty.. I believe the pillow that was sent was USED! It was dirty, disgusting and had a strange odor. I did not pay over 90$ for a used pillow… I’m beyond upset.

After researching down/feather pillows and also sleeping on a Pacific Coast pillow at a Marriott Hotel. I bought this one from Amazon. The advert shows and states 1.5” gusset which indicates Medium Firm on the PC website and that they use Blue Branded piping around the gusset! What was delivered was a pillow with 1.0” gusset and piping that has absolutely no branding of (Pacific Coast) on the piping anywhere. The clear carrying bag and pillow have Pacific Coast on them but my Spidey Sense is telling me something is amiss! I emailed Pacific Coast and explained all this and hope to get an answer at the first of the week. I hope this pillow is the real deal but only time will tell for now. I will update with any developments. I have not slept on it yet so the low stars are just so I can get this started.... I will amend as needed!

Horrendous....nothing like it use to be. When you lay your head on this pillow it sinks almost completely flat...no loft or support at all.

It seems like this was a return from someone and then sent to me. Disgusting
