The media could not be loaded.  I have pretty bad carpal tunnel, and my job is extremely physical and I'm need constant, full use of my hands. Because of this I'm often in agonizing pain by the end of my shift. I've tried a lit if wrist braces, and this one is by far the best I've ever used.The splints inside are hard plastic (not metal) so they have a little bit of give so you're still able to have a bit of mobility and be comfortable, but not enough to exacerbate the pain. It's small and unobtrusive, but extremely supportive. It's padded and comfortable enough to sleep in, but not so badded that it feels suffocating and bulky. It massively alleviates the pain, and us comfortable enough that I can go about my life and forget that I'm wearing it.I have fairly small wrists (5.5 inches) and the small/medium fits me perfectly.I originally bought one for my left hand as my right hand brace was still in working order, but I immediately ordered one for my right hand as well, as this is the only brace I ever want to use. 5/5, I highly recommend this!

Comfortable, neutral color, not large or bulky, affordable, well constructed

I've been using these for months, and am overall fairly pleased. I wear them on both wrists while sleeping to alleviate nerve pain in my arms and hands. I find them to be effective and comfortable for that purpose. My mother wears them for a similar condition, and she likes hers as well. these fit comfortably and the structural inserts are rigid enough to give support without feeling uncomfortably bulky. The material is holding up well, and is lightweight and breathable. The brace I was using previously was a name brand and high quality, but the shape of the opening over the palm of the hand and the rigidness of the metal inserts made it uncomfortable. I don't have that issue with this brace at all - it feels quite good to wear.My only complaint is that the velcro straps have thin backing and are a little flimsy, so they're prone to detaching and then sticking to my clothes or blankets in the night. As they do this more and more often, they gather more and more lint which interferes with the velcro, which becomes even weaker and perpetuates problem even more. This hasn't caused the braces to come loose while wearing them, but it's annoying and wakes me up when I feel them catching on things. However, I don't totally fault the product for that issue because it's a universal velcro problem. Overall, I like these. I've machine washed them a few times too, with no problem. I use a mesh sack in a warm water cycle to wash, then hang to dry.

I have two sets of these supports. They really work, but don't tighten them too tight, or they will defeat their purpose. If worn correctly, they are very comfortable and easy to use. They a washable on a gentle cycle, and should be dried with low heat. I have washed mine at least three times and they come out beautifully. Some stain remover like Shout or other laundry product will eliminate normal use stains.

I was looking for some wrist braces I could use during the day, particularly while on my computer. These are perfect! They are very light weight and provide great support while not being too bulky or large to restrict movement of the fingers.The material on the inside is very soft! They wash up well so far - I put them in a mesh bag on gentle cycle, and then hang up to dry.I did try to use them at night time but found that the velcro portion was a bit scratchy if it bumped against my other arm or face. So if I have one slight complaint, it's that I don't find them great to sleep in - I have other wrist braces for that.

Got this for neuropathy. Wry comfy. But the palm band is wearing through already. Is that normal? I’d buy more but not if they were out in 12 hours.I got washing instructions from manufacturerHandwash below 30. Do not bleach, iron, no dry clean no dryer

While the brace is comfortable, the velcro straps are a little wide and can be difficult to remove.

UPDATE: I just purchased my third pair of these and am obviously happy with them! I have been wearing the first pair at work and the second at home overnight. After a couple months, the work pair developed some small holes in the material on the palms, but this is understandable given my job in shipping and receiving. Could they be more durable? Yes, but I don’t think they’re intended to be worn as constantly (7 hours a day) and in the conditions I’m using them. Still worth every penny because they allow me to keep doing a job I probably couldn’t continue to do otherwise. The difference is surprising to me - constant pain before vs only occasional tingling now.The worn down pair still works, so I left them at my BF’s house to wear overnight when I’m there. Might look into some kind of adhesive fabric or pad to add to the palm area to cover or prevent wear, but even if I have to replace them from time to time, it’s still totally worth it for the relief and possibly avoiding surgery later on.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’ve been using these braces for barely two weeks for carpal tunnel syndrome in both arms caused by a lot of repetitive work and lifting at my job. The pain has been bad enough to wake me up at night, but that hasn’t happened since I got these. I wear them overnight and wake up more or less pain-free. I also wear them at work. They’re relatively comfortable and thankfully breathable. I do appreciate the support and stability they give my wrists (especially when lifting heavy boxes), but they still allow enough movement to use my hands.The overall tingling and pain have diminished, which is very promising because I’ve been worried that I was doing permanent damage. I’m impressed enough with these that I’m ordering a second set so I can keep one at work and one at home. Worth the price even if I have to replace them occasionally due to the Velcro wear others have mentioned.
