I've been using this a couple times a day for a week now and I see a difference in the dark spots/scars already. It absorbs quickly and it's not expensive and it goes a long way!

Works great on scars and around the scar. Makes it feel good keeps scar from pulling as it is healing. Drys quick. Smells good too not over powering scent. I like it. I had a mastectomy on 1 side had a very large and long scar. It helped so much.

Love this stuff! Truly lightens, improves texture and lessens the appearance of scares and stretch marks! I've used it for years for surgery scars, running scars, pregnancy stretch marks, ect.

I don’t review items but feel compelled to comment. I’ve been using this twice a day on an incision from shoulder surgery once it closed up enough. The scar quickly and very significantly improved—it flattened out, is so much more comfortable, and the marks from the stitches are literally disappearing. PT says the scar looks “beautiful” and as these things go, I’d have to agree. Highly recommend!!

I have bought this product before. The oil itself works great! My complaint is that they cut the size of the bottle in half from 4 ozs to 2 ozs but the price is still the same.

I like this mederma oil because it is smooth and soft. I like it more than mederma cream which you can see a residue. It is soft. I just got it today so I can not tell you if it fades the scar but by using mederma products my scar which is big looks better and moist. I can say this oil is like $8.00 for 2 oz while the cream is more than twice that price. I will reorder
