Just got this today and have to say I LOVE my necklace! Great looking/quality and the picture came out awesome! The only complaint is the chain is really short but I just put an extender on it and it’s fine.

its soo very hard to see the picture ,which is very disappointing 😞 i bought 2 one for me and my my mom of my beautiful puggle that passed away 😢💔. to se the picture my mom held it in front of a white screen on her computer while her coworker took a picture .. i wish it was as clear as it looked on the site but i must say it is very difficult to figure out how to see it.. regardless of that knowing her beautiful face is in the stone i wear it everyday close to my heart ...and a friend of mine got me a bracelet same kind of stone and she was also disappointed how hard it was to see the picture she had of my dog put in there

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. I paid extra for the stainless steel chain. She has worn it twice and the clasp broke off. Thankfully we found the paw print before it was lost. Terribly disappointed! She picked this out to remember our dog. I would not recommend it!

Bought this for my wife, used a custom photo of our dogs wich seemed to have come out ok, when you could see it.... The view window is very, VERY small and can sometimes be hard to get just right to see the picture within, not exactly like what they make it out to be
