I was sceptical but recommended by a friend, and wow they are fab. Felt like a weight had been lifted within a. Few weeks and whilst symptoms haven't totally gone they are far more manageable with anxiety attacks reducting and temper/irritability more controllable. Even the othe half had noticed!. I really recommend giving them a go.

Ich habe damit Ende Oktober angefangen und nach ca. 2 Monaten habe ich eine spürbare Verbesserung gemerkt. Im Kopf wieder klarer, mein Schlaf ist besser. Konzentrierter. Jetzt geht sogar mein Gewicht endlich runter. Ich habe mich schon die ganze Zeit gesund ernährt aber erst jetzt tut sich endlich was.Meine Frauenärztin hat es abgetan mit der Perimenopause und das die Symptome nicht daher kommen. Gut das ich auf mein eigenes Körpergefühl gehört habe. Klare Empfehlung

Who knows if any of this stuff works but I really wish they would have the holding container size be a better fit for the volume of supplements within. If I found the same product that didn’t waste container size, I would purchase alternatively.
