Let’s just say my daughter love it

So I order one of these in August and used it about 5 times. I recently tried it again in February and the led light did not come on but the countdown would work. I contacted customer support just to see if they can help fix it. I messaged a nice customer service employee and they ended up sending me a new one. I got it so quickly. The new one works fine so far. But im completely shocked they even sent me a brand new one. I just used it and my nails look so good. I would buy again!

Didn’t like this product

The lamp is so easy. I love that I dont have to select a time every time, I can just put my hand in and watch the timer on the top. It is super fast and cures things considerably faster than other lamps I've owned. The plastic feels quality. The lights work well, and the sensor works REALLY great.

The media could not be loaded. Very nice product , great settings , cure and great looking. Lots of lights!Sadly it shut off complely at the 4-month mark and would not work no matter what I did or how I reset. It had been sitting on the nail desk and used an average twice a week for a nail set.It worked well until this happened. Lucky it wasn't so expensive.

I have had this lamp for a yr and the cord went out but the lamp still work just needed a new cord due to plug-in and out constantly from being in school but this is a great strong beginner lamp! Now if they made this with metal bottom it would be awesome!
