Amazing and bright
The media could not be loaded. Got this for work to add a little color and life and it’s so fun:)Works great. Very colorful ! adds some cheer to the place . I recommend

So fun
I purchased this board to serve as a “menu” for a themed party, and it surpassed expectations. The different options for LED lights/colors are really cool. I worried that the different colors of included markers didn’t really matter, but depending on the color schemes you choose with the lights, they all look different and it’s really cool. The board actually fell off the wall at one point (my fault) and it continues to work just fine - no damage. My son loves it too, and has had a lot of fun drawing different scenes. I use glass whiteboard cleaner to erase fully, and it does take some elbow grease, but it’s worth it.

Not appropriate for children under 8 years old
1. Requires a USB wall outlet plug, or external battery pack (not included)2. markers are wet magic markers and stain clothes3. Erasing with a wet cloth or paper towel makes a smeared mess. Hard to remove with a dry cloth.

Very Cool Drawing Board
This is a very fun drawing board that our entire family enjoys! Our kids (ages 8 and 14) enjoy drawing on it, and the different lighting options make it so much fun to display their creations. There is a good assortment of colors among the ten chalk markers that are included. The board wipes clean easily and does not leave any scratches behind like some of the other brands of light up drawing boards. Additionally, customer service is excellent! The seller promptly responded to my question and made it apparent that customer satisfaction is their highest priority.

Defective item
The wire connecting the device has a short and consistently goes in and out, can't return it either, what a waste for a Christmas present

Doesn't work like they said
The media could not be loaded. Doesn't work im trying to change color effects and Doesn't work! Really bad experience and I cant return or order exchange because they said it has a battery's
