Worst product. The package came in damaged box and there are missing items poor customer service I ordered but I just got the seat without the screws, the lift cylinder, one wheel is missing no attachments given worst experience ever 😡😡😡

The chair is super comfortable to use and very easy to assemble.
The chair is of superior quality and easy to assemble. This is a perfect chair for work from home with comfortable seat and headrest for continuous working in office/home.
