Problem with charging.
[UPDATE] This product completely stopped working in little over a month. It doesn't charge at all.I recently bought this portable charger. I've had this product for less than a week and I am already having problem charging my phone. It doesn't charge. I have to twist my cable few times to make it work. I wouldn't recommend the product. What's the point of buying a portable charger when it doesn't do the very thing it is supposed to.

Very disappointed with this especially when I needed it most
UPDATE: was contacted by mopower to replace my damaged battery pack. The new pack is working great all ports work and the battery lasts forever. Great customer service!Charged it all up for a trip I had today, come to find out the quick charge port is not working at all. Very disappointed with this especially when I needed it most. The other ports worked but I specifically wanted the quick charge feature.

Big, heavy, the end cracked off soon after arrival. Stopped charging a month later.

The product never worked out of the box. Doesnt power up. I should have checked the charger earlier before my important upcoming travel.

Stopped Charging itself after couple of Usage!!!
I bought this battery pack on on July. I used it maybe 10 times since then but now it stopped charging. It doesn't work anymore. Be aware of this product please. It looks fancy but when it doesn't charge anymore it's waste of money.
