NO.It was not the complete part as shown.The disk was in another language, I assume Chinese, it came from China.It Did not have the connecting cable as shown.The OBD connection that plugs into the car was not in the box.It had a few parts, circuit board and something for the Air Bags, and a USB cable.It also had a 12V power supply converter.I did not send it back because I thought it would be a waste of money to return it and hope for a refund.I am still in need of a Real VAG Tacho that I can use to program my new key for my 2005 Volkswagen Passat.I don't think I have ever wrote a review of any kind on anything before.I was pretty upset and disappointed when it came in and I could not use it.
