This coffee had a pretty good taste and aroma when brewed, especially that of peach. I wasn't sure what to expect since the description said it was both a "medium" and "light" roast but I would say it's much more "light" and this could easily be consumed in the evening without worrying about keeping you up

I bought 2 bags of coffee. And Ethiopian light/medium roast which was very good and a Colombian light roast. This one was totally burned and tasted nothing but ashes. I do not recommend as you don't know what you will get.

This coffee does NOT taste like an Ethiopian, and it doesn't taste like a light roast. Color is off for a light roast, too. Came vacuum sealed so beans can't outgas. Tastes like gas station coffee, but if that's what you like, then you've hit the jackpot.

I like it is organic. A very nice aroma comes up as soon as you open the bag, which is not resealable, but because of the size (12 oz) I didn’t have the need to only partially use as all coffee fitted in my coffee machine. From a roast perspective, I felt the beans are more on the light side versus medium roast. I normally like the Ethiopian coffee and this is no exception – very flavorful and smooth, with only a little bitterness.

We served this at an event and did not have any creamers or sugars available. People lived it! Many people commented on how great it tasted and how they didn’t need additions to it. Most of those people don’t drink their coffee black!
