A handy device to keep your computer awake.
I bought this mouse jiggler for my work laptop that has a strict policy of locking the screen after 5 minutes of inactivity. I often need to step away from my desk for meetings or phone calls, and it is annoying to enter my password every time I come back. This device solves that problem by simulating mouse movement and preventing the computer from going to sleep. The mouse jiggler is very easy to use. It has a touch switch that turns it on or off with a simple tap. It also has two working modes: one that moves the cursor slightly every few seconds, and another that moves it randomly across the screen. The latter mode is more effective at avoiding detection by some software that monitors mouse activity. The device is small and discreet, measuring only 0.8 inches long. It comes with a USB-C adapter that makes it compatible with most laptops and computers. It does not require any drivers or software installation, just plug and play. The only minor drawback of this product is that it may interfere with your normal mouse usage when it is on. However, this can be easily avoided by turning it off when you need to use your mouse.Overall, I would recommend this mouse jiggler to anyone who wants to keep their computer awake without touching their mouse or keyboard. It is a handy device that works well and saves time.

It just works and is not detectable
I use this for work to ensure I'm not constantly locked out or looking like I'm away when I'm writing at my desk or having a break. It works really well for this.I was concerned it might be detectable and I checked it throroughly. It is identified in Control Panel as a microsoft mouse. I compared against a proper microsoft mouse I had connected and the entries were identical. So, it is not possible for IT to detect this that way. Okay, so it looks like I have two mice, but then as I'm using a KVM, this is easy enough to explain as a "dedicated mouse and a joint mouse". So, it is not possible to tell what it is from device manager aside from another mouse and it doesn't download anything (I don't have admin priv on my work machine). It has worked flawlessly. Just be aware it doesn't reply to messages, so if you leave it twirling and wander off for a couple of hours, you're probably going to have to explain yourself if someone was trying to get hold of you. If however you want it to keep your machine "open", while you have breakfast or write an Amazon review, then its ideal. I have a 7 minute lock out timer which is way, way too easy to hit.

Don't delay and buy and have you boss think you're working whilst you get on with something more meaningful than work.

Fool your bosses
Just moved to Teams, I have to take time to think and go to the toilet while working remotely. Now it looks like I’m doing that at the same time!

Rubbish
Didn’t work properly and only settings are with the cursor moving around like crazy so if you actually want to do some work then you’re fighting with the cursor, unless you turn it off, which defeats the purpose of having it. Unless you’re buying it so you can literally do nothing all day, then in which case I guess it does the job! Lol Quality was cheap and fell apart when I took it out the USB port and had to fish it out, crap

3 Modes: moving in 1) small circles 2) random 3) 1 pixel
This USB-A mouse jiggler comes with an adapter to USB-C, which can be used on my MacBook Pro, since it only has type C ports. I also tested it on my windows laptop, and it works the same way too.Short press to turn on/off.When turning off, the cursor will confirm by doing one a small circle and stops.Long press (3 seconds) to change modes after turning on.3 Modes are available:1) continuously moving the cursor in the same small circle (about 1 inch radius)2) continuously moving the cursor randomly across the screen3) moving to the same spot back and forth, 1 pixel every 30 seconds. You can work as usuall and you will not notice any cursor movement. To confirm when this mode is enabled, the cursor will do a few Zigzags, and then the cursor stops.
