Bought for my son who has also got the vest and long sleeve version of this top. He's 5'9" and a slim build. We bought a size small and it fits him perfectly.

I'm a slightly larger runner at the moment, currently working on trimming down. A compression top is therefore great for holding all of the jiggly bits in place - ladies, I finally understand why a sports bra is so important for you!This is my 2nd UA compression top and it's great. It keeps the jiggle in check where It can, and it does seem to wick away sweat. It does obviously make you hotter than if you weren't wearing it, as it's an additional layer and one that doesn't promote much airflow.I look forward to the day where the jiggle is gone and I no longer need to wear mine, but until then this is great piece of kit.

Read the size guide for waist line and buy ur size accordingly. Actually an insanely good gym shirt, fits perfectly and looks amazing, the material has excellent flexibility and is very breathable

I have a logsleeve version from Sondico and it has a an elastic durable band at the end holding it firmly wrapped and material seems better quality. I expected this to be better. Anyway, I am keeping it as I have used it and am OK with the product.
