I wonder why I struggled all these years with tiny knives - everyone needs a chef knife in their kitchen and this one fits the bill. It’s been working fine since I both it without needing to sharpen and we use it daily. Fits well in your grip and easy to wash.

YUP, passed the paper test right out of the box, Great looks and feel. Just received it a day ago so haven't had a chance to put it to good use yet.The only thing I have with this product as a whole is, "The packaging" More specifically is the box that holds the knife, the handle to the knife sits higher than the lid will close all the way, causing the lid to not close all the way shut (even with the magnets) This knife is the second purchase from same CO, the other box is the same way. (Handle doesn't fit flush with the box lid, causing the magnet not to hold the lid closed) I did not reflect my assessment of the box in the rating of this product as I don't see that it effects the over all use of the purchased product, but should be fixed, for one thing, high precision, Technology/science and thought goes into manufacturing to produce a great quality item, to just have it negated with something as simple as packaging. Kind of puts a thought into ones head....If they cant manufacture a packaging box that works how am I suppose to reasonably believe that the product is any better in design?~Just Sayin~

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve used this knife for about a week for all of my cutting. I really like using this knife. It is very sharp out of the box and did not need any sharpening. The knife is very ergonomic and balances very well. I highly recommend.

I bought this knife for multipurpose cutting in the kitchen. I like its performance, it is not heavy nor light and it cuts thru all foods pretty smooth. It served my goal of finding a multipurpose knife. I recommend it and the price is pretty good for the performance that i got from it.

Love my new chef’s knife! I’d gotten used to my old dull one with a wobbly handle. This knife is super sharp! Be careful.
