Operation is very smooth. The motor is extremely quiet.Assembly instructions leave something to be desired -- even though they are in "English".

Comfort is great, heating and vibration is wonderful

This chair is much higher quality than I expected. It is very sharp-looking, made of leather and the motors are quiet and powerful. I did have a small problem with the handset (the remote) and all it took was one phone call for them to FedEx me a replacement, which solved the problem. My wife is disabled with Parkinson's Disease and has a difficult time relaxing and feeling comfortable, but she can sit in this chair for hours quite comfortably. I totally recommend this chair.

This chair is great at lifting a person up to get out, but it's also great to lay back and relax. You can even sleep comfortably in this chair. The heat and vibration is a big extra. My husband loves this chair.

This chair was very quiet when I got it one year ago. However after about 6 months it developed a of noise when operating, it is not because of a weight problem because I weigh 260 lb and the chair is advertised to be able to handle 325 lb. I have contacted the distributor and have not received a reply from them. The noise is a loud screeching very annoying straining sound. The chair makes the same sound with a person weighing less than me. There is no warranty information available and no literature available. This chair is not worth the money.

Great chair for my mom 82 years old ,helps her neck with heat and helps her stand up easy. Thank you Scott the new controller works great . Fed Ex shipping was horrible they shipped the first controller to the wrong house and the sec. took 8 days to get. My mom loves her new chair. The old inop one will be put into the mail to you so you can have it back.

(Two Weeks) the chair functions perfectly with intuitive controls. The lift is excellent placing the seated person to the correct height for rising with a walker. The back adjustment is firm and just slow enough for sensitive adjustments. The back reclines over 90 degrees to the full horizontal for sleeping. A comfortable decorative pillow is included. I am three weeks out of serious back surgery and find this to be the best lifting recliner/bed that I have ever used. Heat for low back and full back massager is included. I rate this chair 5 of 5 stars with no hesitation. I highly recommend it for those who suffer from spinal illness/injury.
