Smoke Tint Football Visor - Fits Kids | Youth | Adult Helmets - Eye Protection Prevents Eye Pokes

I bought this for my 12 year old son to wear on his helmet so that 1) he had protection from the sun's rays and 2) to protect his eyes from defensive hands. My son wears contacts so a shield is a necessity! I have read a lot of reviews that people have posted about not being allowed to wear this shield due to league rules so all I did was call my doctor and asked him to write my son a note stating he needs the shield due to eye sensitivity. So if my sons league has those rules I already have my bases covered! It just takes a phone call guys! Anyway my son absolutely LOVES this shield! It is not too dark which makes it the perfect sun protection and he can still see when the sun goes down! Once we figured out how to put it on the helmet it was very easy. If we have to do it again I will post a video showing how to install it since it does not come with any directions. We actually googled how to put in on and there are a ton of videos that shows u how to do it! Anyway, this is a GREAT buy! If u are looking for a tinted shield look no further!

Thicker than the under armour version. Bolted on my son's Riddell Speed Flex with no problems. No doubt this is a better shield than the UA shield. Lower price is a bonus.

I love how it looks on the helmet & it's not too dark. This is smoke color.

The visor is perfect and the price was good. We, however, can not use it due to guidelines set by some affiliation. We would have to get a Dr. note saying it is necessary for our son. I do not fault the seller, make sure that you check with your particular guidelines for use before purchasing. Would have saved me $30.00 or a trip to the Dr. No fault to the seller or the visor, it fits perfectly, but check into your league rules before buying a tinted visor. I would not hesitate to buy it again if our son could use it.

Installed quick and easy. Our 10 year old son likes the light tint for the sunny days and has had no problem seeing at night practice either.

When I took it out of the package it didn't look as dark as I thought it would but after mounting it on the helmet which was every simple it had the darkness I was looking for. It fit an adult size helmet just right. Not cheaply made and doesn't scratch as easy as some of the other visors.

Fits the schutt helmet I purchased it for... My son loves it and it is easily installed and removed once you know what you're doing. It just took some YouTube videos to give an idea on how it works... although no videos for this exact visor, but still the same idea.
