Beautiful sink, I love it!

We did a kitchen renovation and had to get a farmhouse sink. This one is completely huge and gorgeous. The contractor said it was a pain to get in since you have to cut into the existing cabinets but they made it happen and we are super pleased.

CRACKED sink
The first one I ordered was cracked....packed really well but still cracked. I ordered a second one because it was too expensive to return at my cost.....the SECOND one was also cracked. UGH!!

Love the looks and the surface, not the almost completely level bottom
This sink arrived with the strainer crushed, clearly by the weight of the sink but I found a relatively equivalent strainer close to home and although I'm not happy about the poor shipping of that part of the package, the sink was very securely shipped and that's what counts. The sink weighs a TON. You'll definitely want help to install. I love absolutely everything about this sink except for the bottom being so perfectly level that you have to chase any food particles down the drain... nothing flows naturally. If you've got the room for a deeper strainer, you might want that because if you splash the strainer while chasing everything else down into it, you're back to square one when all the pieces jump back out onto the sink bottom. Overall, it's a minor quirk, but just the tiniest bit of slope would have helped this problem.
