I got this for a 55 gallon. Fits perfectly, but its clearly a zoomed in pic. Not nearly the HD quality i was hoping for. Another $20 wasted. It'll do better than the one I had before it but the search continues for a reasonably good looking dark/green background that fits for daytime light/blacklight night set up.

I have a 40 gallon and got a 55 gallon size just so i had xtra in the side but it did even whent all around

Make sure your glass is very clean and it best to install using a 6” plastic drywall knife to get all of the possible bubbles out. Looks amazing compared to the old tape on backgrounds.

Makes the tank stand out the background is really nice has a glow to it when the blue light is on.

Can’t really go wrong with this - I recommend using 2 people to install but overall nice product.

Granted the adhesive on this backdrop is very strong, it was frustrating to put on because of all the air bubbles trapped on installation. It was like trying to put on an iPhone glass cover without air pockets except on a 20 gallon aquarium face. I can’t imagine putting it on a bigger aquarium, I’d blow my brains out.Air pockets are most notable in the “black” section of this backdrop. It was frustrating to install because the thin plastic overwrap (sticker protector) is all in one piece. This meant I had to peel a section and work my way from side to side, bottom to top but my finger prints were peppering the areas that I touched. I wish the plastic sticker protector peeled in sections to make it easier to handle and leave less fingerprints.Finally, the backdrop seems to have a green hue to it, meaning the black isn’t really black in some sections. It almost looks like your looking through algae.That said, it’s still a nice background. My OCD won’t forgive the air bubbles and fingerprints left behind. I hope the water will make it less noticeable when I fill the tank.3 stars. Not perfect. Room for improvement.

This is so much nicer than using say tape to hold a background on. The self sticking back needs to be applied carefully to avoid air bubbles but looks fantastic when done. I used a credit card to slowly apply from one end to the other pushing out air bubbles as I go.

Item arrived with creases. The quality of the print was not great. Disappointing purchase. Wouldn’t recommend to others. Item is not usable. Normally I do not leave negative reviews but this warranted it unfortunately.
