Vampirina in the Snow (a Vampirina Ballerina Book)

If you've read any of the earlier books you know what you're in for, dry humor, great illustrations and a fun time. If you haven't read Vampirina before you're in for a treat, Anne Marie Pace and LeUyem Pham are a great team and their books are always fun.This is the first Vampirina book to come out since the cartoon and I was happy to see the art has not changed to reflect the cartoon's more generic cute designs. Our girls love it and I recommend it for a good bedtime read.

We are big fans of the original Vampirina books and Vampirina in the Snow is going to be one of our favorites. The scenes take us through an evening of delightful fun in the snow. I love the creatures we get to meet in this one! It's a cozy book with lots of smiles and would be perfect to read snuggled on the couch with a cup of hot chocolate. (Now that would be a fun holiday gift: the book, a mug, and cocoa!)

Is it just me...or does the father of the teenager girl look unhappily upon his daughter's romance? <grin>

An immediate favorite of my daughter who loves vampires and dreams of being a ballerina.
