My kids are all about Barbie since the movie came out, but I wasn't going to pay $130 for a Barbie Dreamhouse "on sale". This was $51 with the Black Friday deals and I figured even if it wasn't perfect my kids would get a Barbie sized dollhouse, since my biggest really wanted one. I definitely expected it to take forever to assemble but even with a hand screwdriver it only took about an hour. Turned out super cute! It's particle board but honestly as long as my youngest feral child doesn't try to stand on it I expect it to hold up. Can't wait for Christmas morning!

They are having a ball with this 2 sided dollhouse. They even created a “drive through for “Twins Tropical Smoothie”, the house is worth every penny. (I paid fourty something) Sturdy, I would avoid water at all costs, hard cardboard of excellent quality.

I would definitely recommend this beach house /🎡 but don't even attempt it with a hand screw driver. No way. Surely it's possible but I wasn't about to put myself through that pain. I got a drill. After that, assembly was a breeze. Instructions are clear but I did have to remove screws and subsequently stripped them. I'd recommend checking twice before fasting the screws.The material isn't wood. It's heavy duty partical board. There were some areas where the screws wouldn't go any further and are sticking out. I really dislike the material but it is durable and if assembled well and regularly tighten the screws, you could potentially have this for years.Aesthetically, it's beautiful. Many eye catching scenes on the piece, both front and back making it 360 play. There's an arcade scence on the back and a little cafe, with lots of imagination it could be played with for hours. It would definitely accommodate a barbie size doll or smaller.Was purchased as a Christmas gift so I assembled it. Definitely not something u wanna do on Christmas morning. Also the box doesn't have a picture of it so if u just wrap the box the child would really understand it's a beachouse inside.

It was so easy to assemble which is saying something because i always struggle putting things together both my 4 year old son and 5 year old daughter love the ferris wheel part its big enough that they can play with it together

This is a very well made barbie house. My kids love this. It was a Santa gift and so we were hoping it would be high quality and not junk. It does not disappoint. Very sturdy. We are in the third week and they have used it daily. Comes with enough furniture to get you started and the style and colors of the home are different than a typical house. The beachy look is super cute. The barbie hammock is a nice touch. One note, the ferris wheel on the back does not spin completely. Unless we installed it wrong?? It moves only a few inches. Would have been better if it turned a full rotation to get the full experience. This was definitely worth the price!!

It came earlier than expected and the box isn't damaged at all. My 6 year old daughter wanted a Barbie house for Christmas so I found this one and seen decent reviews on it. I'm debating on putting it together a few days before Christmas so I don't have to fight with it on the day of. If it's easy to follow directions and no missing pieces I'll give it a 5 starI put it together!! Took about an hour but I had Netflix playing too. All the parts were clearly marked and the instructions were easy to follow. You only need a Phillips head screwdriver and a good amount of space to lay everything out and stuff. I'm very happy with this purchase!!

My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the ferris wheel does not spin, stationary when built by design. Other than that, my 8 year old absolutely loves the beach house!

Das Haus macht einen relativ stabilen Eindruck. Alle Teile werden miteinander verschraubt, der Zusammenbau dauert ca. 1 Stunde. Die Aufbauanleitung ist bebildert und einfach verständlich.Negativ ist uns aber die Verarbeitung der einzelnen Wände und Bodenelemente aufgefallen. Die Kanten sind echt miserabel. Wenn man nicht aufpasst, löst sich beim Aufbau schon die Folie ab. Das Riesenrad macht auch einen etwas wackeligen Eindruck.Positiv zu erwähnen ist das Zubehör, das macht einen sehr guten Eindruck und ist besser verarbeitet als der Rest.Insgesamt würde ich das Haus schon empfehlen, allerdings ist der volle Preis von 100-120 Euro nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir haben es 50% reduziert gekauft, dann kann man damit leben. Hätte ich mehr bezahlt, wäre es zurück gegangen.

Much much easier to assemble than a kitchen we got for our daughter for X-Mas, so well done for that.Good quality, comes with several accessories for the dolls, different activities on each side and our daughter loves playing with it.

This a very nice beach house for Barbie’s, can’t wait to give to my daughter for Christmas, I would advise a drill if you have one.
