Let me guess - you went to the salon, got a balayage done and then impulse-bought this shampoo because it says "balayage" on it? Then you came to the reviews and were horrified, feeling like you'd wasted your money before even trying it?Okay, breathe. I did the same and honestly I was pleasantly surprised that the negative reviews are not my experience with this product. In fact, I really like it! I have very fine hair with oily roots and bleached ends. This shampoo has genuinely done as it promised too - my oily roots feel cleansed without being stripped. My dry ends feel soft. My hair feels bouncy and it actually looks really shiny. I haven't experienced the lank, weird coating that other reviewers have which was my biggest fear after reading revies here and on other sites.Do I still have to wash my hair every other day? Yeah. I haven't found a shampoo in my life that means I can get away with going longer between washes, #oilygirlproblems, but my hair feels so nice after washing with this that I don't mind!So if you're like I was and panicking after reading the rubbish reviews, give it a chance. Your mileage may vary but personally I needn't have worried!

Made my hair dry and greasy. Felt like straw. Definitely would not purchase again. Waste of money.

Having used products from this brand before and being impressed I thought this would be better than it was.It says it's supposed to target greasy overgrown roots and target dry ends but I double shampooed twice and just put a conditioner on the ends and this left my hair horrible. Greasy roots still and dry ends.

I had the shampoo for a month,but can't work out if it helps greasy hair. Still have to wash it every other day,as before.
