Drink with water, the reason i say this is because for whatever reason when i drink this with lactaid milk it gives me a bloated feeling. When i drink it with water if doesn't give me that feeling. It holds you over for about 1-2hrs for hunger cravings, if your active this is a good in between quick meal if your on the go or don't have any to eat something at work. The taste is not the best from optimum but thats probably because it isn't heavily sweetened. I use it as my post shake whenever i do heavy cardio and i need something slow digesting to hold me over until i can get a solid meal in. I recommend chocolate, ON seems to have the chocolate flavors packed down.. it definitely wont taste as great as their 100% whey shakes but this does fit the bill if you need an in between meal replacement shake for your active life style. I wouldn't recommend this for dieters really because i noticed if you go pro-long periods without eating and you just have this shake... it will give you some discomfort. All in all it it keeps up to the top quality that ON provides and the ingredients are pretty straight forward.This does contain sucralose but its the last ingredient which means it wasn't a main focus as a sweetener..and the protein blend is whey (fastdigesting) and casein (slow digesting) proteins. The fiber content is from the chickpea and oats blend that is inside of it (which i feel gives it the dull taste). For the price of the product it is something definitely worth considering.

I like to mix this product with oatmeal (I put in two scoops after the oatmeal cools down) and a spoonful of almond butter. Gives me energy and helps me from snacking. I usually am not a fan of protein powder, but it doesn't taste like protein and it isn't high in sugar.

I’ve always enjoyed this either as a meal replacement or as a protein shake. Clean sleek look of the container, and of course the scoop is at the bottom of the container. It says to either mix with water or almond milk, I personally use water. Like most powders it’s a bit tough on mixing, so if you can’t handle some chunks, try using a blender and added some banana otherwise it kept me full for around 5 ish hours before the next scheduled meal. The taste is better than most, which is hard to come by. Great brand and shake. The best part is the reasonable price!

I really like this! This is my first time trying a meal replacement shake. I've noticed that along with weight loss my hunger pangs between meals have increased, so I was looking for something that would hold me over until scheduled meals or when I have time to eat. This works great! I use it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk in my blender bottle and it keeps me full mid-morning to lunch (around 2-3 hours). This is really full of fiber, which I believe is what helps to fill me up so much! It is also really high in protein, so I never have to worry about limited protein in my diet. Overall, the chocolate flavor is good. I haven't tried this with regular milk, since that would increase the calories too high for me but I may in the future.

It's given me some biblical diarrhea!! Lol....and I have never been lactose intolerant. I've always had a iron clad stomach.I only need to lose a few pounds after a vacation. I hope that side aeffect goes away soon. I'm not quitting, but I do have to work tomorrow so I may be heading out to get some Imodium soon!! TMI? Lol

I have been taking this protein shake for about a month as a meal replacement to lose weight. For me it tastes like any other chocolate protein shakes like the GNC ones. This is a good alternative for a quick go-to meal because it has a variety of vitamins. Yet, at the same time, you have to be careful will taking this protein shake because it has vitamins. You can easily overdose on vitamins if you take other vitamins with this protein shake. Overall, it is very good and worth the money.

This is a good product, I have used it for two days so far and does what it says it will do. Using it I am usually full for 3-4 hours before needing to eat. Taste best when used with almond milk and you stay full longer using almond milk. Only complaint is the size of the container, I feel they don't give you enough product for your money.

Delicious and a great follow up to my morning workout. I thought that it would eliminate my hunger as a meal replacement, but this is not quite the case. I eat a small healthy breakfast in addition to this and I'm set for the morning!

I ordered this product after getting link from optimum nutrition India Instagram page. As it can be cleary seen in the picture the hologram of Bright has be placed later after removing older one and also no protected seal once I opened the cap, unfortunately I did not video the box opening. Product does not have replacement, I jus lost rupee 3120 for the fake product. Don't know what to do but definitely won't use but sad.
