Not an Art Therapist
Brooke is reviewing techniques for assessment in Art Therapy but her language does not mirror the field of Art Therapy and her book comes across as immature and lacking skill. Typos, and her deficiency of knowledge regarding nuances within the field of Art Therapy, leaves me feeling as though I'm reading a book by an outsider. The book is old, perhaps a little outdated regarding assessments. I would not recommend this text as a source for MA / MS level students or faculty choosing a text for course material at the same level.

Not Very Useful
I thought this book had different art therapy assessments that could actually be used in therapy, however, they are just summaries of the many assessments therapists can purchase. So basically it is just a catalog of art therapy assessments. It is boring and I am really disappointed.
