Flavoring is light enough to add salt and/or hot sauce for additional taste. Remaining oil could be used in other dishes, avoiding waste; would buy again; good if you eat snacks.

I was always buying the small jars that had the chokes packed in a rich oil based marination, found these! I had to divide up this big container & tasty liquid to keep in the fridge. The chokes are easily cut into smaller pieces and I added just a bit more olive oil to the jars. I have to say that buying like this is more economical than buying the little jars that only provide enough for 1 salad at my house!

We purchased the smaller portions from a local store and really enjoyed them on pizza and thought I could save money and get the same quality, Wrong. The taste was very bland and there was no roasted flavor only burnt leaves. We will not purchase this item again.

Mime must have skipped the "grilled" part, which was ehe only reason I ordreed them There's not a speck of brown or black on these indicating a grill..I had to add salt, a little wine vinegar, and some mixed fresh herbs to the batch to make up for the lack of flavor (and turn them every couple days) . The ones at the club store are better and less then half the price.

Pros: Good Quality, Good Taste, Good Texture (Many other brands are under or over cooked). Cons: A bit more Vinegar than I prefer (While the ad reads Vinegar and Oil the label shows it as packed in oil). The package may be a bit large for some. I would prefer that the same or even a greater total amount were packed in smaller increments .12 oz-16oz. The price is also a CON. The price has increased by $10 or so since I purchased it three weeks ago.

I've ordered these a few times because I've become addicted. I finally lost the forty dollar gamble though. They were stuck in a cardboard box along with another item, no padding material of any kind, and the box came dripping with oil. The tub is holding a lot of pressure like a pin hole let something get in there and start producing gas. Into the garbage it goes...

These tasted pretty old. I think the Seed Oils went Rancid & the plastic leached into the mix.

This item is awesome. The last time they delivered it to me th left it on the outside gate of my apartment complex and sent a photo of it not even at my place .Crazy I even received it . 😀
