The item came 3 days early which was great! It was easy to put together, i did it myself includes all the pieces, spares and tools to put together. Just the hooks need screwing in but I haven’t done this which means I can move coats around depending on size. It looks great certainly doesn’t look cheap considering the price. Lots of shoe storage which when I was looking, some only had one shelf or was smaller in length. Very sturdy, I sit on the bench to put my shoes on which is great. I haven’t put the safety strap on mine yet but it doesn’t budge. I will though incase one of the kids decided to pull a coat down

arrived quickly and we’ll packaged. item was a bit tricky to assemble, but eventually managed. needed the drill to screw in the coat hooks.item had a couple of minor flaws. paint scratchedof in one area and a very small chip in another area. i was disappointed but can live with them.once assembled it feels very sturdy. it can hold of our frequently used coats and shoes and looks quite stylish. i’m pleased with the purchase overall.

Good rack, and big. Would be nice if you sold some bins/baskets that fit under.Sturdy and does the job.I chose not to screw in the hooks so we could move them around, seeing as we have alot of coats. Good product.
