Stays very cool for at least 6 hours and easy to clean!!! I wouldn’t buy any other cooler.

I'm very impressed with the customer service of this company. I received a faulty zipper on the cooler...but I didn't report it right away...when I bought a new one, the company sent me a refund and apologized. I really love the cooler and the ice pack is molded for bottles so it keeps them in place so they never spill or tip over inside the cooler. The ice pack literally lasts about 16 hours! Definitely a great product 😊

Looks even better in person and extremely durable and more spacious than I thought. It has the meticulous design with high quality that easily holds my 6 Avent bottles with ice pack and some toys for my son when our family were on the trip. The ice pack is upgraded so no water leaking out and also completely leakproof. So sturdy and nice design that I will buy again !!

I use this bag for my daughter’s bottles that she uses at daycare. Love this bag! It’s great quality and comes with a nice ice pack that stays frozen for quite awhile!

Needed this to transport breastmilk on a family trip. Works great. Held 6 Dr. Brown tall, thin, 8 ounce bottles. Kept them cold and didn't leak. Also had a litrle space on top of the ice pack for other small item that needed to stay cool. Glad I purchased it.

The media could not be loaded.  Wasn't too sure if it'll last 8 hours, but it did. Exceeded my expectations. It could fit so much too!! Fits more than just 6 bottles of milk. Love it!

The update is towards the end of the review:=====Original review:Overall this has good potential, but the product we received is defective. I will go for a replacement or a refund.1. The freeze pack we received, is defective. It got bloated in the center after putting in freezer for first time and now instead of 6 bottles it can be used only for 4 bottles since the central part is bloated and does not allow bottle store there.2. There were no instructions provided along with the product or any type of warning signs that warned about the presence of chemicals in the freeze pack. I had to read the Q&A from online and figure out myself. I wish the instructions were included and were clear.Update to the review:I have a few positive things to add about this product and the seller1. Though the ice pack was faulty, I was actually able to test the use of the bag and saw that the milk stayed cold for more than 10 hours, which is great. I will not be able to store 6 bottles since the ice pack is bloated in the center, but I suspect that my pack was faulty and not all packs will be faulty. So overall the product does what it is intended to and is good.2. Secondly, I reached out to the seller about the ice pack and their response was quick and they offered full refund. Overall a good customer service.

We use this everyday to take our babies bottles to daycare. I leave the whole bag and cooling insert and the o e pack is still frozen when I pick it up in the afternoon.
