Best advice EVER from a previous review...
First, I just assembled this last night, so excuse the mess. I'm assembling and furnishing my studio. I wanted a loft bed like nobody's business, to save space. For weeks I read reviews and looked at beds in stores and everywhere online I found full-sized lofts. All beds had reviews that mentioned squeaking and wobbling, to one degree or another. And my rough estimate was that the more you paid for the bed, the less instability, which is not exactly a stretch. Then, I read a review from a man who talked about how he reinforced the bolts and joints with rubber or nylon washers, and it cut down on the "noise". I have looked at dozens and dozens of beds and read probably over 100 reviews, so I couldn't find that review again, but I got the gist. I took a real leap on the bed I eventually bought, because it was one of the most reasonably priced (this one), so I imagined that I could reduce squeaks but wasn't sure. I bought this washer kit:Sutemribor Nylon Flat Washer Assortment Set 600 pcs, 9 Sizes - M2 M2.5 M3 M4 M5 M6 M8 M10 M12, here on Amazon. I double reinforced every single bolted joint, except for one or two where I couldn't squeeze a SECOND nylon washer into the joint toward the end of assembly. But even those got one nylon washer. I tried to show this in my second photo, above, I guess it is hard to see the little washers. Result? NO SOUND AT ALL. Not even a small squeak, and stable? This bed in totally stable. Every review I read mentions that loft beds sway a little, especially getting in and out. I don't know if it was the extra washers, or just this bed, but I have to be making huge movement, like making the bed, for this to sway the teeniest bit, and it's barely noticeable. I am a little over 200 pounds, so I think that is nearly miraculous. It helps, too, that the oak filing cabinet is exactly the same height as the underneath clearance, so I have it situated so the middle bar in the mattress support falls on top of the cabinet, for extra weight support, since Me plus Mattress stresses and challenges the stated weight limit :-). Also, my mattress, which is old and being replaced very soon just because it is kaput, is 12 inches thick, so for reference, you can see it is still safely under the bars. I have nice fabric and I am going to make a kind of valance that will tie to the top rail and drape down to hide the mattress/bars, and just look neater. Lastly, the most recurrent comment in reviews is that loft beds' ladder rails are generally painful to climb on. Most people solved this with pool noodles cut to fit over the rails, or pipe insulation, or some such. I am using the extension ladder you see in the photo; I can climb at an angle which is easier for me, and the steps are wide so it doesn't hurt. I am getting some very heavy duty, 24-inch zip ties to secure it quasi-permanently and still at an angle, though, because it makes me nervous that in spite of the rubbery grips on the bottom of the ladder legs, it might slip out and away from the bed as I climb up. Anyway, I adore this bed. No creaks AT ALL, and nearly undetectable movement or sway. And my cats can scamper up their cat tree to enjoy the elevated view any time :-).////Update, 08/03/19...Still no noise AT All, very tiny minimal movement. Love this bed, and being full-size, I can fit a lot under it.Update, 09/06/19....Im getting more and more agile climbing into and out of this bed. NO squeak, barely any sway. My confidence could be diminished by squeaks and creaks. None have happened 😊.January 18, 2020: Update: I got really confident, and itchy to move furniture around. I took the filing cabinet out for the first time since assembly. Holy cow, THERE'S the wobble :-(! And the squeak. I've had 6 months of confident climbing in and out, so I tried it this way for a few days. No dice, I put the filing cabinet back. I wanted to believe the nylon washers were the secret to stability, but I think it really is the heavy filing cabinet. I also have a brand new, heavier mattress, so back the cabinet went. I'm offering this because my agent of stability is the oak filing cabinet, but knowing what a dramatic difference it makes, I'm sure you can adapt the situation to whatever agent of stability you might have or imagine :-). First three photos are from assembly, fourth photo is the mistake of moving the cabinet :-).

Overall Good Loft for an Adult, Solved Squeaking. Bad Ladders Though.
Overall this is a great loft for an adult; sturdy, clean looking, saves space, all parts well packaged (plus extras), and relatively straight forward to assemble. The box is REALLY HEAVY, so just keep that in mind. I would recommend assembling with another person, but if done strategically can be just one person. Overall have been sleeping on loft for a few weeks and here is what to expect:-ASSEMBLY: This can take roughly 2-3 hours. Follow the images step by step. DO NOT ASSUME YOU KNOW THE PART UNLESS YOU VERIFIED IT IS WITH THE LABELS. There are many parts to this bed and some look very similar. For example right off the bat the four legs looks the same but they each go in a particular corner, especially if you want to buy add-ons from the company later. Look for the part letter/number until you find it. All the parts have a sticker on them (screws have them on the package they come in), some just may be harder to find than others. The most difficult part was clipping in the gray clips to the supports under the bed, (so be ready for hurting fingers) and the fact that some screws were difficult to screw in because the tool provided was too long/not a double ended tool. Company should fix that. Overall still was able to get it done, with a bit more effort.-SOLVED SQUEAKING: Read so many reviews talk about squeaking and was feeling hesitant about it. The first day I assembled the loft and slept there was no squeaking, but by the second/third day the loft was squeaking terribly. It was annoying and distracting whenever I tried going to sleep. I decided to go around and try tightening all the screws and realized a few weren't tightened all the way. After tightening those and making sure all the others were tight, NO MORE SQUEAKING. I've been sleeping on it for weeks with no more issues.-LADDERS: These are horrible, honestly the biggest issue I see with this bed. I've been using a construction ladder. The loft ladder can hold an adults weight with no problem, they just really hurt your feet and are a hazard since the space for your foot is so small (I've slipped on them). I would suggest putting pool noodles on them for padding if you must use them or finding an alternative that fits your space.-WOBBLE: The bed wobbles a bit when you get on and if you're moving on it, overall not so much to the point where I feel like the structure of the bed is unstable. I've had a few lofts/bunk beds over the course of my life and the wobble on this loft is to be expected, but nothing exaggerated.-PRICE: Bought it when it was on sale, and honestly for this price you're getting pretty good quality. If you're thinking about it, give it a go.Overall would recommend.

love it
i love this bed frame! i’ve always wanted one so i’m very pleased with it. i use a different ladder than the ones that come on it because i find it easier to use a ladder with a tilt. but it’s pretty stable and it saves a ton of space.

Good loft bed
Good loft bed for a good price. I love that it is full size instead of twin. My only complaints are that 1. When I was setting this up, the main support bar that goes under the mattress already cracked. I'm nervous that it is going to completely break. I am going to reach out to the seller to see if I can get a replacement. 2. It does squeak like others have said. It is not terrible though and doesn't seem to bother my daughter at all. Other than that this seems to be a good buy! It was easy to set up and I would buy again.

In the end it was good
First of all, the grand children love it. They fight over the top bunk. We ordered the full top loft, and the bottom part accommodates an already owned Queen sized bed. I measured carefully before I ordered... then I realized all twin beds are the same length. So of course it would allow a queen sized bed or another twin parallel underneath! From the pictures, you can see it is a small room, and with this new arrangement I can comfortably sleep 4 people. It was relatively easy to put together, but IT HAS A LOT OF PIECES. We, in the end, had to drill it to the studs in the wall through the uprights to make it super sturdy. It wasn't TOO bad as is, but we wanted that extra stablity.

Great bed, but ladder is uncomfortable!
This loft bed is perfect for creating more space in a tiny bedroom. It is sturdy and stable and looks nice. My only complaint is the ladder. Although sturdy, the rungs are small in diameter which causes a little bit of pain on the feet when climbing.
