Good Coffee but price has almost doubled. Looking for another brand and suggestions would be appreciated.

Great tasting decaf.

we use coffee beans in the espresso machine, meaning we use it in an espresso machine that grinds it and has 15 bars of pressure to extract the maximum coffee flavor. I also drink it black, so there is not hiding cheap beans, burnt beans, unevenly roasted beans etc.Having had to switch to decaf for all but 2 cups my options have become more limited. I have been trying different brands and roasts, and the bean company decaf is one of my favorites. The coffee is smooth, not burned tasting. It's a medium roast verging on dark.The beans are evenly roasted, none too dark and no Quakers (the light colored under roasted beans). I did use my grinder and pour over filter to make a cup of regular coffee since I figure that is how most people would drink it. While I prefer the strength of my espresso, making most cups of coffee seem weak, the bean company coffee held up and make a really good cup of regular coffee too.

I have been exploring many decaf coffee beans over the past 6 months. Brands that I have tried include Volcanica, Subtle Earth Organic, Don Pablo, Fresh Roasted Coffee, The Bean Coffee Company, Kicking Horse, and No Fun Jo. All beans are ground fresh with a conical burr grinder using a bit over the average recommendation of 1 scoop (2 tablespoons) per cup brewed. The coffee is always served black with no cream or sugar, with a general preference toward lighter roasts. Therefore, any opinions will reflect these preferences.This is a straight-down-the-middle Colombian flavor. Drinking this back-to-back with a caffeinated version will reveal what is missing in this decaf, but for a dedicated decaf drinker, there will be nothing perceived to be missing. This is a perfect drink to have on hand while doing zoom calls all day.

I buy the decaf because my tummy cannot handle the caffeine. This is by far the best coffee I have ever tried. The flavor is smooth and not burnt tasting like so many coffees on the market. Really great coffee!

We drink a lot of whole bean coffee. We have a Breville espresso machine. This is fine but I would not get it again. There is better whole bean decaf for less $.

The coffee flavor is great, not bitter at all. I have this coffee in the afternoon when I do not want the caffeine but still want to enjoy the taste. It is a little pricey for me but it’s the best tasting decaf that I have tried so far.

We bought this based on all the reviews. We found this coffee to be flat, tasteless and definitely stale beans. Sorry, not a fan...better coffees out there than this. It was so caulky we threw it out.

I am always looking for an organic decaf bean that is NOT dark roast, and that's not always easy to find. This one leans more to medium, and I just tried it after picking it up from the mailbox - pretty good, and I drink coffee black! The package also says low acidity, for anyone interested in that.
