Used them to make a board for a marching tenor drum worked amazing very hard to bend alwell which is good definitely would recommend buying for any project!

Was I upset that four 6-in. steel brackets cost $15.00 just because they were called Heavy Duty? DAMN Right I was, HOWEVER, If you need to anchor a shelf or piece of dimensional lumber that for real reasons simply MUST stay in place without failures, THESE are the Brackets to for you.Unique Properties/Features > These are maybe TWICE as strong as similarly sized "standard" duty brackets. Thicker steel > *** KEY*** These bracket have THREE pre-drilled holes /side (vs. std 2 holes) and nicely countersunk for #6 8 screw heads. The third hole on each side is close to the vertex of the angle which turned out to be a great help due to mounting limitations of my job. Summary: "If what you need are clean fresh oats for your horse, they come to you at a fair price. On the other hand, IF oats which have already passed through the animal will do,...those are a bit cheaper!
