Q: Can Bald Buddy be used on the face?

Yes but we reccomend using shaving cream with face. Stubble should be at a minimum when using any rotary shaver on face.

Q: How to switch the blades?

Hey Mike, Tug on the black head with force and pull it away from the handle. The whole head part will pop off.

Q: Does the shave cream contain any lanolin that may be listed under a different name?

Thanks for your message. We removed lanolin from the mixture in December to be more animal friendly. Some of our inventory from before December may still be left over in warehouses. If you have allergy to Lanolin or are vegan, it is best NOT to use bonus Shaving Cream right now. Please private message with a photo of your shaving cream and we can check on the batch number.

The shaver can be used in the shower. It is IPX rated for shower use and faucet cleaning. It is NOT rated for tub bath or submerging under a full body of water. The users who do not follow the IPX water resistant rating will damage their shaver.
